Clinical Supervision

Licensed in California and Texas, I provide clinical supervision for Associate Marriage and Family Therapists who want to grow into thoughtful, culturally responsive, and grounded clinicians.

As a Black therapist, I understand what it means to navigate professional spaces where representation can feel limited and where questions of identity, belonging, and credibility often arise quietly alongside the clinical work.

I believe supervision should be more than reviewing cases and collecting hours. It should be a space where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow into the therapist you are becoming.

I am particularly passionate about supporting and mentoring the next generation of Black therapists, helping clinicians develop the confidence to practice authentically, navigate complex systems, and trust both their clinical voice and lived experience.

Representation matters.

The field needs therapists from diverse backgrounds who bring their lived experiences, cultural knowledge, and unique perspectives into the therapy room.

Drawing from my experience across community mental health, higher education, tech, and private practice, I help associates strengthen their clinical skills, deepen their thinking, and build careers that feel aligned, meaningful, and sustainable.
